Swigging Out was described as a very busy tavern, crowded and loud. There were tables to sit at, small booths along the wall, and a bar.

The tavern was mostly inhabited by locals, but there were one or two travellers from out of town. When Batthwack went in, he identified 3 halflings from Tapperdown (Yolo, Gil and Neera) and some other likely travellers who were either humans, elves or half-elves.
Serving drinks at the tavern was Servo, an automaton gifted to them by Ricardo Ulysses.
